D4H Technologies Help Toll Deliver Mission-Critical Helicopter Services
In 2017, Toll Helicopters announced they were proud to have partnered with D4H Technologies in their provision of helicopter rescue services for New South Wales in Australia.
Toll Helicopters, Toll Group’s provider of specialized helicopter services partnered with D4H in 2017 to support its mission-critical aeromedical service for NSW Health.
As part of its contract, Toll provides rescue services in Sydney, across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory from four purpose-built bases in Bankstown, Wollongong, Orange, and Canberra. In 2014 Toll was awarded the NSW Ambulance southern region search and rescue contract. As part of the 10-year contract Toll has built and operates a Crewing Excellence Training Centre at Bankstown Airport. The center provides all aircrew serving the communities of NSW and ACT with aeromedical training. Toll Helicopters also operates eight purpose-built AW139 medical helicopters as part of its mission-critical services.
Requiring a best-in-class software solution that provides advanced mission analytics and reporting, Toll chose to partner with D4H.
“It’s really important for Toll to partner with a technology provider who offers market-leading technology solutions especially when it comes to supporting mission-critical, emergency service. The management systems will be used at Bankstown Aeromedical Crewing Centre of Excellence and will support our crew training as well as our active missions.”
