D4H Training at IAFC Hazmat Response Teams Conference

D4H has developed a strong customer base and a growing following among the regular attendees of the The IAFC Hazmat Conference in Baltimore. In honour of this, we would like to thank everyone who has supported our growth since we first attended over 5 years ago by offering D4H training sessions to everyone in attendance.

The IAFC Hazmat Conference is a four-day event in Baltimore, Maryland (June 15 -18 2017). Offering hands-on training that provides immediate, practical and valuable information designed to ensure you successfully meet the demands of hazmat response in today’s challenging environment.

The Training

Classes will be held in the 3rd floor Tilghman board room on the 16th and 17th of June. All classes held during the conference are free of charge, we just ask that you book early to avoid disappointment. They are designed in a way that there is something for everyone!

Class Content Outline:

Intro to D4H

If you are new to D4H and would like to learn more about what we do for Hazmat teams, this class is a easy way to experience and come to understand the products we offer. This class is designed to give teams and responders a run through of the various products and features and to explore how they have been implemented by the other Hazmat teams throughout the US.

D4H One-to-One Training

Personalized training for your team-this option is best suited to existing D4H customers and is completely tailored to the products and questions your team has. Bring anyone from your team who is in attendance to increase product knowledge, usage and have the D4H Crew troubleshoot with members of your team. To get the most value out of this session, please get in touch before the 1st of June to discuss your class content.

D4H Power User Training

The class is best suited to existing D4H customers with senior level access i.e. Admin access to the team’s account. Whether you’re new to the role or an old hand at D4H, this class is for you, so long as you’re in a senior position or have senior responsibilities within your D4H account.

D4H User Groups

A D4H user group is a gathering of our users to share best practices, discuss technical questions, network, and learn from each other. Enjoy some hospitality on us while you learn how to get the most out of your D4H. Attendance at this group meeting will give you the first glimpse at new products, features and what’s coming down the development track. This is an opportunity to give us whatever feedback you’d like to share. D4H user groups belong to you, the user, and we support the events to ensure their success.
