Multiple Attendance Periods
Personnel can now be set to attend the same incident, training, or event multiple times. This is designed for longer activities such as multiple operational periods on the same incident, or events that last multiple days, or even months.
Vizualize Attendance By Status
See who is at an activity site right now, scheduled to attend in the future, or was previously present. Easily swap between these views on an activity view.
Vizualize Attendance By Start Time
See who is starting on different times of the day or on different days. Easily swap between these views on an activity view.
Quicker Attendance Picker
Our attendance picker has been completely reworked. We found organizations were adding activities with only small selections of their personnel, not everybody on the team. This meant you were scrolling through countless names and radio buttons to select only a few. Now you build out the list of personnel with only the people you need and use nice big bright buttons to select if they are attending, absent, or requested.
Bulk Attendance Changes
We've added lots of easy tools to help you quickly bulk-add all members by group, or by status. You can also manipulate their rows in bulk. Use the check-boxes on the left to select all or some, and apply a bulk action such as setting roles, durations, time periods, or status.
Current Status On Personnel Profile
With the addition of different time periods on an activity, we'll now show you the current status of personnel on their profile. Which activity they're currently on, their on-call status, their last attendance, and their next scheduled activity.
All accounts will be upgraded for free on a rolling cycle.
